After your initial inquiry, I may ask you some questions regarding your brand or schedule a call to learn more about your business. You can also ask me any questions to make sure we’re a good fit! Once I know your needs and goals for the project, we can discuss which design services will work best for you. If you’re ready to book your project, I will send you a design contract and invoice. Once the first payment is received and the contract is signed, you will be put into my design schedule.

Along with your contract and invoice, I will send you a brand questionnaire and share a Pinterest board with you. This is where you can add any brand inspiration you may have and tell me more about your audience, brand goals, etc. Using your inspiration and questionnaire combined with my research and brand expertise, I will create a concise brand strategy along with 2-3 mood boards. The mood boards will include options for specific logo styles, color palettes and branding element styles.

Once the brand strategy and mood board is set in place, I will begin on design. Keeping the project goals in mind, I’ll develop a concept that I feel is the best solution for your brand and audience. This will be a detailed look into your brand identity and will go over each element and the thought behind the design. We’ll then collaboratively work back and forth to finalize the concept. If your project involves packaging or website design, those portions will take place after the branding is approved.

Once everything is finalized, you will have everything you need to launch your beautiful new brand to the world. This will include your final files in several formats and a brand style guide. The style guide will cover your logo, color palette, font pairing recommendations, brand rationale, and other branding assets. It will set a nice foundation for your brand and will be a helpful resource as your business continues to grow! I’m also happy to discuss continuing our collaboration through design intensive sessions.
